The Little Brown Box Pizza, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Pieology, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, (collectively “Pieology,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) respects and cares about all our customers and is committed to facilitating and improving the accessibility and usability of its Website, www.pieology.com (the “Website”), ensuring that our Website services and content are accessible to persons with disabilities including, but not limited to, users of screen reader technology. To accomplish this, Pieology has implemented technology that will enable and maintain accessibility in-line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which also brings the Website into conformance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in the United States, as well as similar regulations elsewhere around the world.
Testing is performed routinely both with automatic accessibility testing tools and users of screen readers to identify and remediate issues. Pieology continues to monitor the Website and make accessibility updates when needed. Remediations are applied to the Website code directly and by using additional supportive technology features deployed via an easy to find assistive technology icon in the lower left corner of the website to provide equal access to all features and functions.
