1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Pie Life Rewards Program “Spin to Win” Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (19 years of age in AL and NE). Employees of The Little Brown Box Pizza LLC, its franchisees and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Promotion, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
By participating in the Promotion, participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), October 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), October 27, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
5. HOW TO ENTER:
Visit order.pieology.com/spin-to-win and spin the wheel to receive Pie Life Rewards Points. You do not need an account to play; however you must be enrolled in the Pie Life Rewards Program to claim and use the Rewards Points. To become a Member, you must have a valid Pie Life Rewards Program account (an “Account”). Creating an Account is free but is subject to the program Terms and Conditions found at https://pieology.com/pie-life-rewards/terms-and-conditions. You can join Pie Life Rewards by downloading and registering on the Pieology® App (the “App”).
During the Promotion Period, register or log into your Account. Then, locate the Spin the Wheel Game and follow the instructions to play the game. Once you spin you will be awarded the number of points indicated by the pointer location on the wheel (the “Rewards Points Award”).
Limit: Up to two (2) spins per person per week during the Promotion Period. Rewards Points can be claimed once per week during the Promotion Period after completing the first or the second spin, but not both. A week begins on October 1, 2023, October 8, 2023, October 15, 2023, and October 22, 2023 and run Sunday – Monday. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or Pie Life Rewards account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries/plays by using multiple/different email addresses, Accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries/plays and that participant may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry/play methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries/plays by that participant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry/play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter/play will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being authorized account holders.
6. REWARDS POINTS AWARDS:
Awards consist of the specified number of Pie Life Rewards Points earned with a spin of the wheel. Points will be automatically awarded to the participant’s Account. Rewards Points can be claimed once per week during the Promotion Period after completing the first or the second spin, but not both. No more than 200 Points will be awarded per person/Account during the Promotion Period. Per Pie Life Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, Rewards Points have no cash value. No substitution, exchange or transfer of Points is allowed except at discretion of Sponsor.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, technical failures, regularly-scheduled maintenance, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment, then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Promotion without further notice. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the receipt or use of Rewards Points, or participation in the Promotion, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of account registrations and game plays; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Promotion. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason a participant’s play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, participant’s sole remedy is another play, if it is possible.
9. DISPUTES:
Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or Rewards Points awarded shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions of the Pie Life Rewards program found at https://pieology.com/pie-life-rewards/terms-and-conditions.
10. PARTICIPANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at https://pieology.com/privacy-policy.
