By participating in the Pies & Perks program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
- Pies & Perks is available to members of the Pie Life Rewards program who make a qualifying purchase of any Craft Your Own Pizza, Salad or Calzone.
- The unique Pies & Perks offer code must be scanned in-store or the code entered in the coupon field of the app or web for the discount to be applied.
- Valid at participating Pieology locations only.
Offer Details
- Purchase any Craft Your Own Pizza, Salad, or Calzone to unlock Pies & Perks. Upon unlocking, the Pies & Perks offer will be delivered to the member’s Pie Life account within 48 hours. The offer requires the purchase of a Craft Your Own Pizza, a Craft Your Own Calzone, or a Craft Your Own Salad in order to receive a free Perk (select non-alcoholic fountain drinks, side salad, or cookie) on the order. Perk selections may vary by location; excludes alcoholic beverages and ICEE® drinks.
- Bonus offers will be provided to members who use the Pies & Perks offer before expiration. A bonus offer will be added to your Pie Life Rewards wallet within 48 hours after qualifying purchases are made.
- Bonus offers also require the purchase of a Craft Your Own Pizza, a Craft Your Own Calzone, or a Craft Your Own Salad in order to receive a free Perk (select non-alcoholic fountain drinks, side salad, or cookie) on the order. Perk selections may vary by location; excludes alcoholic beverages and ICEE® drinks.
- Discount applies to lowest cost Perk in order.
- To continue receiving Pies & Perks benefits, you must use the offer within the month it was earned. Unused Pies & Perks offers will expire at the end of the month, and the offer must be re-earned with another qualifying purchase.
- Bonus offers are single-use and are subject to change based on location and month.
Limitations
- Pies & Perks Offer limited to one use per day, per customer.
- Pies & Perks benefits may vary by location and month.
- Pies & Perks benefits and bonus offers may not be available during certain blackout periods or in conjunction with specific promotions.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Expiration
- Pies & Perks benefits are subject to expiration and must be used before the end of the month in which they were earned. If not used before expiration, you will need to make another qualifying purchase to re-earn the offer for the next month (see Eligibility above).
- Members who use Pies & Perks before expiration will receive a new Pies & Perks offer on or before the first business day of the subsequent month valid through the end of the subsequent month.
Modifications and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Pies & Perks program at any time, with or without notice.
Terms and Privacy
Members’ participation in the Pies & Perks program is subject to the Pie Life Rewards Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Pies & Perks program terms and conditions and the Pieology Terms of Use, Pieology’s Terms of Use shall control. All information provided by Members, whether as a result of enrolling in or otherwise participating in the Pies & Perks program, is subject to Pieology’s Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Pieology collects, uses, and discloses information about Members, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
