Fundraising

We believe fundraising should be easy, fun and uncomplicated. Here’s How It Works:

1. Fill out our fundraising request form at https://pieology.com/fundraising-requests/

2. Confirm the date with your local Pieology Restaurant

3. Spread the word using provided flyer and social media graphics for your supporters to order on your specific day-they can order in-restaurant or use an online code for online ordering.

4. We’ll donate a percentage of sale you bring in back to your organization-excluding alcohol and gift card sales.

You can visit your local Pieology or submit a request at https://pieology.com/fundraising-requests/ and the location will reach out to you to coordinate your in-store and online event.

At the time of booking your event, you should provide the local Pieology with your W-9 for your organization. This will help speed up the check process. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your donation.

In general, 20% is given back to your organization.  Our restaurants are independently owned and operated and might have slightly different fundraising rules or giveback percentages.  Please confirm with your local store when you book your fundraiser.

Someone from your local Pieology will contact you about your request within 72 hours of submission.

We are excited to welcome any organization registered as a nonprofit/501c(3)/tax-exempt organization to request a fundraising event. We request a federal tax ID (TIN/EIN) to confirm your organization’s nonprofit status.

The success of your fundraiser will depend largely on the number of people you get ordering pizza that day.  However, most fundraisers make between $100-$500 depending on the support their receive.
